OnlyBenefits Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OnlyBenefits (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”) and OnlyBenefits LLC.
2. Eligibility
Only individuals aged 18 or older and currently enrolled in an accredited college or university may register. By registering, you represent that you meet these eligibility criteria and agree to provide accurate, complete information.
3. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. OnlyBenefits will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.
4. User Content & Conduct
Users may post bios, avatars, confessions, messages, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership but grant OnlyBenefits a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your User Content. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
5. Matching Algorithm & Service Availability
The Platform uses automated algorithms to suggest matches. We do not guarantee successful connections or relationships. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or updates; OnlyBenefits disclaims liability for downtime beyond reasonable notice.
6. Fees & Premium Features
OnlyBenefits may offer premium services or features for a fee. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform design, software, logos, and trademarks are the property of OnlyBenefits LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyBenefits and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your User Content.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the local arbitration association.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
